- Identification of the persons that were present or know certain aspects of the cause that is the subject of the client’s solicitation;
- To contact the persons that know how the event took place or possess data and evidence to uphold the client’s cause;
- To determine the above mentioned persons to bear witness or to place the data and evidence they have about the cause at the client’s disposal;
- Obtaining the probation data.

- Investigations at the residence of the persons that are aware of the respective cause;
- Investigations at the places where the event took place;
- Verifications at the authorities and institutions that hold data and documents of interest for the cause;
